Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. My name is Carmelo Hernandez and I am a Mindset and Accountability Coach. As a mindset and accountability coach I help individuals and groups accomplish and identify short- and long-term goals by empowering, providing the tools, strategies, and support to not only accomplish goals, but also to create meaningful change to their lives. While working together we will identify and cope with the obstacles that are causing distress, stress, and the anxiety that is hindering you from achieving your goals. As a mindset coach I am committed to modernizing an individual's mindset. Thus, allowing them to become the absolute best version of themselves.  
I love my work because helping people become successful and accomplish their goals is meaningful to me. I approach my clients with respect, determination, and calmness required to help you achieve your goals. I have struggles with similar challenges as you. I am familiar with job deadlines, family obligations, and the feelings of burnout.  I know there is a better way because I created it for myself.  Now, I want to pass that knowledge to you!!!
Prior to coaching, I spent 7 ½ years on Active Duty in the United States Army.  My time on Active Duty included two combat tours to Iraq and Afghanistan.  The leadership skills I obtained in the military assisted me in obtaining my Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Masters in Social Work, Masters in Organizational Leadership, and my License Masters Social Work (LMSW). 
I offer a wide range of programs and services from individual coaching, group coaching, couples coaching, and organizational coaching.
